Policies
We guarantee ALL of our products to be free of manufacturer defects for 180 days from date of delivery and/or to be in working order when you receive the product. We perform quality inspection on ALL of our products prior to your order being shipped. Please notify us as soon as possible if you believe you received a defective product or it has shipping damage. We will assist you with diagnosing and getting replacement parts shipped to you ASAP (shipping prepaid).

Returns
We accept returns for 30 days from the date the item was purchased. All returns are required to be in the original box and in new/unused condition. Returns will not be accepted if received in partially assembled or used condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The shipping charges on the order are non-refundable.
